Eight Viking appliance types. Every page lists the symptoms we actually get called for, what they usually mean, and what the visit involves.
Eight appliance types, one manufacturer. Every page below lists the symptoms that bring us out and what the visit actually involves.
Pick the machine
Sorted the way the calls come in. If your fault crosses two of these, start with the appliance that is not working and we will sort the rest out on the day.

Refrigeration is different
Opening a sealed refrigeration system requires EPA Section 608 certification. That is a federal requirement, not a manufacturer program, and our refrigeration techs hold it. Sealed-system work is normally two visits: diagnose, then return with recovery and charging equipment.
